This new built villa has three bedrooms, an outdoor pool and a breathtaking view. The bedrooms can host up to 7 people. Each of the 3 rooms has a flat screen TV, air-conditioning and its own private bathroom and balcony. The villa is situated 300 m from the sea, close enough to town so you can get to anywhere you want, yet on a quiet location.
Beautifully decorated bedrooms have king size beds (dimensions 180×200). There is an extra chair in the master bedroom which can be made into a bed (dimensions 85×200). The well equipped kitchen, living room, pantry with a washing machine and another bathroom are on the ground floor. There is another TV in the living room as well as the air conditioning on the ground floor. The ground floor is with sliding doors connected to the fascinating lounge area and the pool on three sides. House has wifi and SAT TV. There is a garage for one car and two more parking spaces in front of it as well.
